Appointments are confirmed once agreed by both parties.

2. Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out fee.

3. Access

If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.

4. End-of-Tenancy and Large Jobs

For larger bookings, a deposit may be requested to secure the date.

5. Monthly Contracts

Monthly contract clients must provide 30 days’ notice to terminate services.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Pawfect Clean, we aim to provide high-quality cleaning and property maintenance services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply.

1. Cleaning Services

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will assess the issue and may offer one of the following at our discretion:

A return visit to address the issue

A partial refund

A credit towards a future service

Refunds are not automatically issued and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Pre-existing dirt, damage, stains, or wear and tear

Issues caused by faulty fixtures, old surfaces, or poor condition of the property

Services where access was restricted or tasks could not be completed

Customer dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours

Change of mind after the service has been completed

3. End-of-Tenancy Cleaning

End-of-tenancy cleans are carried out to a professional standard but do not guarantee deposit return, as this depends on landlord or agent requirements beyond our control.

If any issues are raised by the agent or landlord within 48 hours, we will review them and may offer a return visit where appropriate.

4. Handyman & Property Maintenance Services

Refunds for handyman or maintenance services are not provided once work has been completed, unless there is clear evidence of negligence.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing faults

Hidden defects

Manufacturer faults in supplied parts or appliances

5. Missed Appointments & Access Issues

If we are unable to carry out the service due to lack of access, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued.

6. Deposits & Advance Payments

Deposits paid to secure bookings are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
